Sakshi Ahluwalia leads the culinary core of Saakshis—translating the warmth of Indian home kitchens into a repeatable UK-wide experience.
She builds menus that are inclusive (allergen-aware, vegetarian-forward) while protecting authenticity. She works with operators on SOPs, tasting cadences, and QC so that every new city launch holds the same standard.
Before Saakshis, Sakshi helped incubate Yum Curriez, assembling the central kitchen model that now underpins TAGWORLD’s food ventures.
